After a week of vacation, yesterday we continued with the preparation of our Easter project. We are now in the final stages with the last 4 rehearsals, and we see that there is still a lot to be done. Treats participated for the first time during the rehearsal, where we also played a new piece.
The epic Take Me Higher, composition Jasper Blokzijl, stood on the lecterns. The arrangement of Marco Kerver will be the closing of the evening. So it had to sound spectacular and let the people go home with overwhelming. And the piece goes through all keys. In short, a tough piece to which we had to spend the necessary time. Furthermore, we did the vocal pieces from the Suite, and the brilliant On A Clear Day, from the “New York Voices”.
